So finally the much-awaited “The #ElviSha Story” is here. In the divided world, there are many fans who like only #ManishaRani, there are many who like only #ElvishYadav and there are many who like the friendship of #ElviSha as well. Out of many fans of these three categories, there are few who spread hate against one another but we can say with 100% certainty that neither Elvish nor Manisha has anything but respect for each other. So all the lovely fans who either love Elvish, Manisha, or both. It is everyone’s right to have their own liking or disliking, what is not right is spreading hate. We sincerely hope that after reading this article, you guys will love the bond and respect every individual’s choice.

We know some fans didn’t want us to write about the ElviSha story but whatever are your views, we can not deny that both Manisha and Elvish have supported each other immensely during the #BBOTT2 journey. Even if by 1% you have to agree that both their journey has been positively impacted by each other’s support in the house at some point in time.

The Beginning

For the first 4 weeks, in the whole BB for Manisha, it was only Abhishek, and for Abhishek, it was only Manisha and the entire show was all about #Abhisha. But after 4 weeks two beautiful people #ElvishYadav and #AashikaBhatia came into the house and formed two popular new bonds – FAME and #Elvisha. They first appeared in the captaincy task where Manisha Rani demolished Avinash in the caption task. Both Elvish & Aashika liked Manisha Rani from the outside as well.

Elvish Yadav had made a video before entering the house saying he would stand up for Manisha Rani and Abhishek Malhan. After entering Aashika Bhatia told Manisha that she was her favourite. With Elvish & Aashika FAME group was formed and it was so popular and dominating that they would have reached in top 4 without any doubt therefore makers had to plan completely biased nominations to separate them and evict Aashika.

Immediately Elvish Yadav and Manisha Rani’s vibe matched with each other and they started spending lots of time together. Although Bebika wanted Elvish’s attention Elvish liked to hang around with Manisha more. In the night Abhishek used to go to sleep early and Manisha & Elvish used to talk and have fun for hours alone. Sometimes they used to get the company of Aashika as well. We have witnessed many heart-to-heart conversations between Elvish and Manisha in the live feed but sadly most of them were removed from the main episode. For instance, in the 1st week itself, when Elvish and Manisha were on the net area of terrace, they had a great heart to heart conversation, where Elvish asked Manisha “Tujhe main kaisa laga?” and Manisha said “Aap to mujhse bhi mast hain, bahut kam log mujhe hansa pata hai par aapke baat pe main bahut hansti hu”, the Manisha asked and Elvish replied “Tu waisi hai jaisi main admire karta hu, achi hai tu”. Similarly during the last week, when Elvish was constantly thinking that whether as a wild card he should win or not then in the bathroom area, Elvisha had a great conversation where Manisha motivated him and said “aap wild card hoke bhi wo kar diye jo log yaha 8 hafte me nahi kar paya”. But sadly those conversations were removed from the main episode.

Each other’s Support

Both Manisha & Elvish supported each other immensely from the beginning. Remember the situation when Falaq talked about counting “parathas” to Elvish and he became upset and did not eat? Manisha was not there and when she got to know this, she went outside to Elvish who was sitting sad in the Vimal area and Manisha gave him her paratha. This might be a small gesture but the sweet part about it was that Manisha didn’t make Elvish realize that she is doing anything for him, she said: “Mera pet bhar gaya hai, bahut jyada kha liya, ye aap le lijiye”. Otherwise, there were also people in the house who made Elvish Yadav drink soap water, but Manisha always took care of the food and wellbeing of Elvish and her friends. These small gestures make the bonds stronger. Therefore people found Abhisha and Elvisha real and Abhiya fake because in Abhiya there was no care, it was only for the screen and the maker’s wish. Please watch the video below, those Elvish fans who don’t like Manisha, just ask yourself. Should you be at least thankful for this gesture of Manisha or not?

The best part about the #Elvisha was that both Manisha Rani and Elvish Yadav have taken a stand for each other and tried to protect them even behind their back. In the very first week in the task where Abhishek, Jad, and Elvish have to play roles of Akhshay kumar, Shah Rukh Khan, and Ajay Devgan, according to the majority Jad was winning but then Manisha convinced Pooja and Bebika and swung the votes in favor of Elvish to ensure Elvish wins. Should all Elvish fans show gratitude for this towards Manisha or not?

In the heroine task, #ElvishYadav took a stand for #ManishaRani better than Abhishek. He bluntly shut everyone’s mouth. Should all Manisha Rani fans show gratitude for this towards Elvish or not?  Look at the below video, how Elvish not only supported Manisha but also made her feel good when the entire house was against her:

In the ticket to finale toy task which got tied, Manisha was literally flying and jumping on Toy shops to bring more toys to Elvish’s shop. In that Task BB wanted to send Jiya to the Finale therefore they stopped the task exactly when Avinash gave all his pebbles to Jiya. After the pebbles got tied BB could have accounted for the winner based on the number of Toys in the shop but it was due to Manisha’s efforts the toys were more in Elvish’s shop and then BB tried to leave them on housemates there also Manisha applied her brain and got it canceled because depending upon housemates Jiya would have won.

In the Shoe Polish punishment task, when Abhishek chose Manisha Rani, it was only Elvish Yadav who took a stand for Manisha and said his decision was wrong. That punishment was clearly for Avinash, on the weekend ka vaar he was mocked for coming to the house with the statement like “I am the captain of the Ship”, that shoe polish was for Avinash and instead Abhishek trying to be over-smart and being extra fair choose Manisha Rani. When Manisha was polishing shoes, no doubt she was slaying, but it was clear from Elvish’s face that he was upset with the decision, sitting near Manisha, he narrated a story to Abhishek, the story was like “ki mere paas gadi hai, to uspe Roz koyi na koyi pathar markar chala jata tha, mai bohot pareshan hone laga, kyuki fortuner thi to kharcha bhi ata tha or bura bhi lagta tha, to mere ek bohot hi khaas bhai ne ek baat boli, tujhme kuch baat hai tabhi toh Teri gaadi kharab karke jate hai, nhi to humari kyu nhi todkar jate?”. He said this to cheer up Manisha as he felt really disappointed with Abhishek’s decision. Whether we like anyone or not but as a human we must appreciate such gestures of any friend towards another friend.

When Jad said bad things about Manisha to everyone, it was Elvish who felt bad for Manisha and told her “Tere bare me itna bura bolta hai, tu door rha kar us see”, this is said only because Elvish considers Manisha very close and he couldn’t see her getting disrespected repeatedly by Jad. We understand that on some occasions like when Bebika pushed Manisha so badly so many times at that time or when Bebika was yelling at Manisha saying “Tu Mardon par Fisalti hai” at that time some fans might have felt that Elvish should have taken more stronger stand like Abhishek did at those occasions but comparing two situations you can’t discount so many occasions when Elvish took a stand for her. Even in those situations if it had been any boy instead of Bebika then Elvish would have reacted in a much stronger way. But, Elvish always defended Manisha behind her back, when Bebika used to tell him that Manisha would be the villain in the public eye, then he used to defend Manisha and said, “No she is not a villain at all”.

Similarly, Even behind Elvish, Manisha used to tell Abhishek many times that she finds Elvish even more interesting than herself. Elvish is a rare one who makes her laugh. Both Elvish and Manisha have so many things in common as well. Both keep their roots, their culture, and their language on their sleeve. Elvish never shied away from his Haryanvi accent and Manisha Never shied away with her Bihari accent. People loved both of them because people found them grounded personalities. Look at the video below, some people might think that this is a small conversation but sometimes you miss people in your life with whom you can actually do this kind of heart-to-heart conversation:

#ElviSha – The Care Buddies

Bigg Boss is a house that starts to haunt you when you don’t have any friends inside. Elvish started saying that he wanted to go home in just 3-4 days. Manisha also cried on so many occasions saying she is missing her sister and father. In such a house Elvish and Manisha were each other’s comfort. In fact, the entire FAME group was a very caring group of friends.

On so many occasions Manisha gave back and head massage to Elvish. Similarly, Elvish also gave a head message to Manisha. He used to ask Manisha to wash his clothes and without any ego, Manisha always helped him.  Throughout both of them in the entire show, we never saw any ego while helping each other.  When on WKV Manisha got bashed, Elvish consoled her for hours in the night. When on another WKV Elvish was bashed due to Jiya’s chugli, Manisha consoled him and supported him. Those who have watched the live feed during those days know this better.

#ElviSha

There were so many small gestures of care from each other. While Manisha always took care of the food of Elvish, so many occasions they used to steal eggs together as well. Elvish also helped Manisha in the kitchen with kneading dough, chopping onions, etc. Even during the last day when Abhishek was sick, Elvish made coffee for Manisha as well. He always complimented Manisha saying “Tu kitna kaam karti hai?”, once it was Jiya’s duty and Manisha was making breakfast then Elvish said “Jiya ki duty hai, tu kyun bana rahi hai?”. These small moments of support we should appreciate and cherish.

On the family weekday, Elvish and Abhishek both were getting emotional. Manisha saw Abhishek first and gave him a hug. Look at the video below. Men often find it difficult to express it but sometimes they also need a warm hug from some closed ones. In this video look at how Elvish is looking at Abhishek and Manisha. Later Manisha sees Elvish crying, and see how sweetly she consoles him and gives him a hug because she knows that Elvish will feel shy and uncomfortable so she also jokes about it to bring a smile to his face.

It is said that bringing a smile to someone’s face is the holiest and the most noble thing anyone can do. Can anyone deny that both Elvish and Manisha brought smiles and laughter to each other’s faces the most? We want to ask all the Elvish and Manisha fans, should we not appreciate this fact? We may disagree with each other’s POV on some aspect but is there anyone who can deny the fact that both have cared for and shared their pains in BB’s house?

Many reviewers and fans felt that Elvish could lose his temper someday and be evicted from the show. Reviewers like Manu Punjabi have also said this and we are sure many fans would have felt this as well. But it was Manisha Rani and many times Abhishek as well who controlled and guided Elvish for his own good. Look at the below video, this is the part when Elvish was made king of the house and a fight started between him and Falaq when he said “Bandi Teri, Romance Mera”. Look how caringly Manisha Rani consoled Elvish and made him understand that they will play women’s cards against you, don’t lose your cool. Have you ever seen Pooja, Bebika, or Jiya consoling and being protective about Elvish like you see Manisha Rani?

Similarly at many times Elvish also explained many good things to Manisha. It was Elvish who gave a friendship band to Manisha on the WKV. He made her feel special in the house. When she was upset and crying, Bebika was putting petrol on the fire, later Elvish suggested to her that whenever you have to cry don’t cry in front of people like Bebika, she only worsens the situation. You should always control your emotions, people take advantage of it. Watch the video below:

Can anyone deny the fact that Manisha Rani took care of the food and health of her friends like no other? Elvish has acknowledged it many times. Once he told Abhishek that “Manisha ne hum logo ko pala hai, khaane-pine ke maamle me”. Even in front of Uorfi Javed Elvish said “Jab Manisha Jail me thi to khane ki dikkat ho gayi thi humlogo ko”. While we should appreciate Manisha Rani for taking care of her friends like a mother we should also appreciate Elvish Yadav and Abhishek Malhan for acknowledging it publicly. After all they had not asked Manisha to do it, she did it on herself so Elvish could also have said “Maine nahi kaha that karo mere liye” like Jiya had said to Avinash “Maine bola nahi tha Toy task me help karne ke liye”, instead Elvish always acknowledged Manisha’s efforts. So, we must appreciate it as well.

Elvish used to think about Manisha so much that after Aashika and Manisha Nominations he said Abhishek “Yaar aisa na ho ki Bigg Boss game kar ke sirf Mujhe aur Manisha ko nominate kar de, fir dikkat ho jaegi Manisha ko”. Once he also said that “Humlogo ke fan following ki wajah se Manisha will not get what she deserves”. These are not small words, these show genuine care of Elvish toward Manisha, and we must appreciate this. Elvish even did vote appeal for Manisha:

They Tried to Break Elvisha but Failed Miserably

Jiya, Avinash, Falaq, and Bebika said bad things about Elvish at the beginning two weeks of Elvish’s entry. Jiya, Pooja, Bebika, and Jad said so many negative things about Manisha Rani but Elvish always stood by Manisha’s side. When Elvish abused Bebika, it was Jiya who stood there smiling, Abhishek and Manisha stopped Elvish. Later Jiya went to Pooja and hyped this issue and on WKV the makers and the entire house turned everything on Manisha but Manisha was there also to console Elvish when Salman disrespected her. Makers wanted everyone to go against Manisha but Elvish didn’t go against her and Manisha consoled her in the best way.

Everyone tried to brainwash Elvish but he listened to his heart only and saw the behavior of everyone himself. This was also a common quality between Elvish and Manisha, they played the game with heart therefore both got so much love. Below is one instance pointed by fans, how Jiya tried to turn Elvish against Manisha:

They Sailed Through Misunderstandings

We know haters on either side judge them for some of the misunderstanding but they don’t remember how these two sailed through misunderstandings as well.

There were two main misunderstandings, once when Elvish’s father came and mistakenly used the word “Fuhad” for Manisha. First of all, we clearly want to say that this was the wrong word. However, we need to look at the intention as well. Before going to the BB house, we have also seen one video of his father and mother clearly supporting Manisha Rani and saying, we have voted for Manisha. Even after coming out of the home and when this controversy was fresh, his father clarified that he considers Manisha as his daughter and spent most time with her in the house. When he used the word fuhad then Elvish immediately stopped him and said ‘ye kya bol rahe ho aap?”, then his father also realized this and said “bhool ja, bhool ja jo bhi kaha”, this shows that he also realized that the word was wrong. We should give the benefit of the doubt here. Most importantly we should see how Elvish reacted, he immediately came in support of Manisha and stopped his father. After his father left then also he explained to Manisha very politely and patiently. We understand that many Manisha fans would have felt hurt at that time. But you can’t judge Elvish based on what his father said unintentionally. The next day when Elvish was saying this to Jiya then Jiya was taking sadistic pleasure but there also Elvish realised and left from there changing the topic. In this whole episode while Manisha must have felt bad because at least she should have got appreciation from Elvish’s father for taking care of his son but then we have to see how Elvish reacted and he gets full marks for how he handled the situation and later made Manisha comfortable.

The second instance was when Manisha got upset when Elvish said a few things to Manisha in front of Jiya. And, later when Manisha got upset then he behaved rudely with her. But we need to look at this situation also objectively, 1st Manisha was absolutely right that whatever Elvish had to say, he should have said to her alone. 2nd, we need to understand that few things that are big for us are small for others and Elvish didn’t realize that he has said anything wrong. So this was clear cut a clear case of miscommunication. Further, after Aashika’s eviction Jiya got stuck in the FAME group and she hardly gave any time to Abhishek or Elvish to sit alone with Manisha. So, saying anything in the absence of Jiya was really tough in those days.

It is said that we should look at the actions more than the words. Although Elvish said that “I don’t give a damn” in anger, but did he really didn’t give a damn about Manisha? Look at the below video, when Manisha was not talking to him and she was sitting on the terrace and Elvish was sitting below with Bebika and Pooja, look how he was looking repeatedly at the terrace. If you understand even slight human behavior then you will understand that Manisha not talking to Elvish just for a few hours impacted him so much. He wanted her reaction and initiated the dialogue but he couldn’t. Then he took off from there and went to his bed and slept. Clearly, he was also not feeling good expressing his anger. When Elvish went to sleep, Manisha made “Kheer” for Abhishek, and as always whatever she cooked, she cooked for both Abhishek and Elvish also. She could have shown ego and not asked Elvish, but leaving any ego behind she went sweetly to Elvish offering him Kheer, and as seen in the above video, Elvish was also eagerly waiting to initiate a conversation with Manisha. So as soon as he got a chance, he tried to act normal and talked with Manisha as if nothing happened. This shows a sweet bond between them. Watch the below sweet Elvisha video:

On the very next day, Elvish called Manisha to talk alone in the Vimal Area but #JiyaShankar came there, Elvish asked Jiya to leave for 5 minutes but Jiya clearly said, she won’t leave. Finally, Envish left and later he talked with Manisha alone and they cleared out everything. The very next day Jiya left and then till the finale, we saw great bonding between them. Manisha also did the makeup of Elvish Yadav.

The #Elvisha Story – Conclusion

Like every relationship, friendship also grows through various phases. The #Elvisha Story has also seen many highs and very few lows. Inside the house, so many wanted to separate them but all failed. Their #BBOTT2 journey ended on such a sweet note when #ElvishYadav called #ManishaRani and #AbhishekMalhan to share the stage with him with the trophy.

Neither of them wants to spread any hate against each other. Elvish has said it in his video, Manisha has said it, and Abhishek has said it too. Then why do some fans want to spread hate just for some views and engagement on social media?

Even after BBOTT2, Manisha called Elvish and both of them made a video, both shared the video on their YT channel, and both were talking so normally. On the birthday of Elvish Yadav, Manisha Rani sent her Birthday message on the phone and she also wished Elvish in an interview. On the day of the reunion party, Elvish talked to Manisha Rani and Manisha informed him that she was not well which was confirmed in her broadcast message also. So they are on good talking terms then why so much speculation about them?

Not all bonds and friendships have to be shipped romantically, you can also respect some bonds and friendships just the way it is. In the end, you can’t deny that they have supported each other in the Bigg Boss house and both respect each other. As their fans, we should respect their personal life and let them carry forward their friendship the way they want to. We should not be judgemental.

Even in our personal life, you may end any relationship, but even if you get distanced from any relationship you must respect the quality times you spent together and you must respect every time the other person did anything for you. This applies to everyone in this world.
