Why do BB makers start playing dirty after wild-cards entry?

Have you noticed that the makers of the Bigg Boss played somewhat fair with #ManishaRani till the 3rd Week? But as soon as wild cards #ElvishYadav and #AashikaBhatia entered the house, on the same WKV Krushna started targeting Manisha Rani and after that, they just started inventing ridiculous reasons to target her on every WKV, even when it was someone else’s fault, makers used to find the fault of Manisha and try to portray her as a villain. Have you wondered why was it like this?

There are two reasons for this. One is Manisha Rani specific and the other is the general trend of Bigg Boss over the years.

Manisha Rani Specific Reasons

When #ManishaRani entered the #BBOTT2, the makers wanted her to be the Rakhi Sawant of the season but since Day 1 she started showing leadership skills. For the 1st two weeks, she was taking much more stands than even #AbhishekMalhan. In the first week, she fought with Avinash when he challenged the whole house for the towel, She called Akansha fake, she nominated without sugarcoating her words and she took a stand for Abhishek. Manisha was growing in popularity and her game was getting stronger day-by-day. But makers had their favourites – Pooja, Bebika, and Jiya. Makers had their top 5 in their minds since the beginning which included “Abhishek, Pooja, Bebika, Jiya, and one from the Wild Cards”.

Now when Manisha Rani started getting stronger, it caused headaches for makers, and thus after the wild card entry they started targeting Manisha. They also tried to send Jiya directly to the Finale by stopping the ticket to finale Toy task exactly at the moment when Avinash gave his pebbles to Jiya.

General Reason and Trend of Bigg Boss After Wild-Cards Entry

This has not happened with Manisha alone. If we see the trend of the Bigg Boss over the years then it is clear that the makers do it every year. They did not target Manisha before although they used to cut all sweet Manisha and Abhisha contents. As soon as wild cards entered, from the next WKV Krushna and Salman Khan started targeting Manisha on every WKV. The reason behind this is that wild cards come from outside, they come after seeing the show. If they start playing dirty before then the fans will make noise on social media and fans will attack makers and the hosts. This information will be available with the wild cards and once they enter the show then they can convey this to other contestants that the person who is getting targeted is actually getting support outside and makers are getting bashed for unfair treatment.

If you try to recollect BB14, then this happened with Abhivan Shukla and Rubina Dilaik. In BB15 it happened with Karan Kundra and in BBOTT2 this happened with Manisha Rani. This is the maker’s normal modus operandi, they target the more famous contestant to invoke outrage in the public for TRP and support their favorites but they start doing it after the entry of wild-cards because they don’t want themselves to be exposed in front of other contestants before the season is over.

We need to understand that for makers, this is just a business, for them it doesn’t matter if this affects the mental health of the contestants or the viewers. Different contestants are brought with different fees and different commitments. Some are given minimum guarantees, they are given a guarantee that they will not be evicted before a certain stage in the show and some are brought without any guarantee and they can be used and thrown by the makers as it suits them.

Manisha Rani was not in their favourite list and she was to be thrown out once maker’s job was done but due to god and fan’s support, Manisha forced her way into the finale.
